Library Nerd.

With the combination of not knowing a whole lot of people in Lima, and there not being a whole lot to do while the rest of the town is at work, I've been visitng the library quite often.  I've always gone through reading phases in my life, so I'm no stranger to the dewey decimal system.

Right now I'm weaning off a Jodi Picoult kick and running head first toward a Janet Evanovich series featuring Stephanie Plum, a Jersey girl who is lingerie buyer turned bounty hunter in "the burg."  It's quick, easy, fun reading with hilarious characters with distic personalities.  I've actually laughed out loud while reading!  Thanks to Becky Ringen for lending me the first in the series way back this past winter.  Love them.  I'm on Four to Score right now, making my way to the end as of now...Sizzlin' Sixteen

Anyone have any other suggestions once I blow through this author?

  1. I love Janet Evanovich! I love the current books by Julie Garwood (the ones not set in the 1800's) and Karen Robards and Linda Howard. They are all murder/mystery/love.

  2. I absolutely love Janet Evanovich. She is one of my favorites. Love the blog!

  3. Hi! I am your newest follower. I am always looking for a good book to read during the summer. Looking forward to reading more of your blog!

  4. Thanks guys! Can't wait to try your suggestions!
